• Supports the Director of Food and Beverage in directives and goals.
• Provides leadership and support for managers, supervisors, and line-level employees in Bistro 2Two2 and the Beverage Department.
• Provides daily feedback and coaching to supervisors and line-level employees.
• Collaborates with the Director of Food and Beverage on service initiatives and standards for all Bistro and Beverage Departments.
• Assists with activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain and improve productivity, food quality, service, creativity, and merchandising to increase volume, sales, and profit in Bistro and Beverage.
• Engages and strives to achieve financial (productivity, cost management, and top-line revenue), safety/sanitation, and guest sentiment goals.
• Reviews and regularly evaluates guest satisfaction in individual outlets.
• Generates business correspondence.
• Coordinates and facilitates outlet training.
