An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to support the Director in achieving operational excellence. This role involves leading a dedicated team, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving financial performance through effective budget management and innovative service initiatives. Supports the Director of Food and Beverage in directives and goals.
Provides leadership and support for managers, supervisors, and line-level employees in Bistro 2Two2 and the Beverage Department.
Provides daily feedback and coaching to supervisors and line-level employees.
Collaborates with the Director of Food and Beverage on service initiatives and standards for all Bistro and Beverage Departments.
Assists with activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain and improve productivity, food quality, service, creativity, and merchandising to increase volume, sales, and profit in Bistro and Beverage.
Engages and strives to achieve financial (productivity, cost management, and top-line revenue), safety/sanitation, and guest sentiment goals.
Reviews and regularly evaluates guest satisfaction in individual outlets.
Generates business correspondence.
Coordinates and facilitates outlet training.
Education and Experience Required:
$60,000 to start.
