Job summary

MHG Hotels in Speedway, IN seeks a friendly Bistro Attendant to welcome guests and deliver a seasonally inspired drink and food experience.

You will engage guests with genuine conversation, stay informed about the Bistro menu, and assist with food prep for today and upcoming days. The role requires setting up the Bistro for shifts, inventory checks, keeping areas clean, handling payments, and complying with liquor laws. Previous bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and follow cash handling policies.
• Comply with liquor laws and assist with inventory orders as needed.
