Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Bistro Attendant to assist residents in the on-site Bistro with friendly, efficient service. The role is highly visible, customer-facing, and emphasizes hospitality, cleanliness, and resident well-being.

You will support the Bistro Cook, greet guests, handle requests, and help maintain service readiness in a fast-paced environment. This position requires reliability, empathy, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Minimum of 6 months Server or Barista experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• All offers of employment are conditional based on background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assists Bistro Cook with preparation of high-quality, fresh food efficiently and courteously.
• Greet guests and respond to requests to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Prepare the Bistro for service with complete readiness of flatware, condiments, and beverages.
• Encourage guests to enjoy meals, snacks and beverages in the Bistro.
• Maintain a professional image through appearance and interactions.
• Ensure food quality, freshness and adequate supply throughout the day.
• Monitor Bistro supplies and stock levels.
• Assist with kitchen and restaurant tasks including setup, service and cleanup.
• Adhere to health regulations and sanitation standards.
