CSM Corporation is seeking a Bistro Attendant for the Courtyard Bistro in Boston Woburn, MA. The role focuses on preparing and serving beverages to guests with efficiency and courtesy, while promoting the Bistro and adhering to health regulations and liquor laws.

The position requires one year of serving and bartending experience, English proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. It is a part-time, on-site role with opportunities to assist in food service and inventory within a hotel dining

Qualifications

• One year prior serving/customer service and bartending experience required.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English to meet guest needs and complete paperwork.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; bartender certification or TIPS/CARE desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and take beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Operate the micros POS system and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with food orders, preparation, and service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health regulations and local liquor laws.
