You will handle food safety practices, maintain cleanliness, and assist in resolving guest concerns while supporting a fast-paced bistro environment with teamwork and guest satisfaction at the core.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary, beverage, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Prepare food of consistent quality by following brand recipe cards.
• Document all food containers and adhere to rotation standards per SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Monitor Bistro operation and assist managers in resolving guest concerns.
• Prepare drink and food orders with attention to guest requests.
