Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Bistro Attendant to deliver an exceptional breakfast experience in our Courtyard Bistro. You will prepare food and beverages, greet guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout your shift.

The role involves independent work, multitasking, and interacting with guests to exceed expectations. Weekend availability and early morning shifts are required in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles or food service is preferred.
• Able to prepare beverages and breakfast items in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to train for hotel/restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Prepare coffee beverages and other specialty drinks.
• Cook breakfast items and assemble cold offerings.
• Take orders, process payments, and upsell where appropriate.
• Restock and sanitize work areas, maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor food quality and presentation; ensure safety standards.

Job description

The Bistro Attendant (Part Time) is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience while operating our Courtyard Bistro. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment.

This is more than a serving position. You'll operate the Bistro preparing food, crafting beverages, interacting with guests, and maintaining the kitchen throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Prepare Starbucks coffee beverages and other specialty drinks.
• Prepare hot breakfast items including eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and other menu items.
• Assemble cold items such as fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, salads, and grab-and-go offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders while providing excellent guest service and suggestive selling.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process guest payments.
• Restock food, beverages, paper products, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Wash dishes, sanitize work areas, and maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
• Clean dining tables, wipe counters, sweep, mop, and keep the Bistro looking guest-ready from opening until closing.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation while following food safety standards.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and keep breakfast running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas as needed.
• Communicate guest concerns promptly and provide service that exceeds expectations.

Schedule

• Weekdays: Approximately 5:30 AM-10:00 AM
• Weekend availability is required.
• Typically 2-4 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Enjoys interacting with people and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Is comfortable preparing food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes pride in cleanliness and organization.
• Can multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous food service, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
