Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or operational systems preferred.
• Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and sales workflows.
• Ability to train and support users with varying skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for system support requests and user questions.
• Support ERP and operational systems, including BisTrack.
• Manage and respond to support tickets and emails in a timely manner.
• Assist branches with operational workflows and system-related issues.
• Conduct branch audits to ensure consistent system usage and process compliance.
• Review dashboards and reports to identify operational gaps.
• Collaborate with Branch and Regional Managers to reinforce best practices.
• Provide user training and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Assist with testing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and year-end preparation, including travel.
