Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking a Bispecific Therapy Coordinator in Falls Church, VA. This full-time position supports the oncology pathway, coordinating patient care and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, have at least 3 years of RN experience, and Virginia RN licensure with BLS. Eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 3 years Registered Nurse
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association; Licensed in Virginia as RN

Responsibilities

• Continually assesses patient needs and collaborates with the health-care team to address patient care concerns
• Completes documentation of the plan/orders/outcome related to the pathway according to policy
• Delegates patient care activities appropriately and manages aspects of care for assigned caseload
• Educates patients, family, and care providers and documents education provided
• Organizes and submits data to ensure regulatory compliance and maintains reporting accuracy (>95% compliance)
• Participates in program quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes
• Maintains continual education including professional certification
