Job summary

Meiji America Inc. – Stauffer’s Biscuit Company is hiring a Machine Operator Processing/Packaging for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting rates are $21.22 for packaging and $21.43 for processing, with 6‑ and 12‑month increases. Position requires high school or equivalent and some food-manufacturing experience.

You will operate and adjust lines, ensure product quality, and assist with changeovers, training, and documentation, with mandatory overtime per schedule.

Qualifications

• Some manufacturing experience in a food plant helpful.
• Must be trained in LOTO procedure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Comply with GMP requirements and report issues to supervision.
• Operate assigned line with focus on quality and minimal downtime.
• Submit work orders and assist with changeovers and machine setup.
• Record product specifications and perform SPC data entry.
• Assist training of new employees and communicate changes to the next shift.
