Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Biscuit Maker to prepare fresh, hot biscuits according to our recipes, procedures and safety standards. You will assist other production staff in a clean, efficient kitchen while upholding high quality and safe food handling practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and integrity, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling across part-time and full-time shifts, plus benefits and meal perks while you work.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
• Other duties as assigned
