Capstone Restaurant Group in Kingsport, TN is looking for a Biscuit Maker to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will prepare fresh, hot biscuits, follow company recipes, and maintain safe food-handling standards while supporting fellow kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Meet business demands without overproducing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
