Responsibilities

• Produce biscuits that deliver big flavor, height, and bold presentation.
• Maintain consistency across batches in texture, color, rise, and flavor.
• Keep the biscuit station stocked, organized, and ready for peak service.
• Communicate timing and needs clearly with prep and line cooks.
• Support teammates proactively and help create a calm kitchen.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and follow safety guidelines.
