Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Biscuit Maker to prepare fresh, hot biscuits according to company recipes, procedures and standards, with strict adherence to safety and health regulations. Assist other food production staff and maintain a clean, professional kitchen while demonstrating integrity and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others as a team.
• Must meet performance standards and take initiative to solve problems.
• Flexible scheduling required; must be willing to work varied shifts.
• Must be at least 14 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
