The South Shore YMCA is seeking a Birthday Party Attendant in Hanover, MA to lead safe, engaging birthday celebrations for children ages 2–12. You will arrive early for setup, facilitate games, and assist families with party routines while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

This part-time role requires weekend availability and a positive, upbeat demeanor to create a fun environment for kids and families, following YMCA procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing children's party activities.
• Ability to engage children and families during parties.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Arrive one half hour before the scheduled party begins to assist family with set up.
• Facilitate party activities/games, and/or assist a specialist with party activities.
• Assist family with party routines such as food, presents, and transitions from one phase of the party to the next.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of party zones and equipment.
