Job summary

Kettle Moraine YMCA in West Bend, WI is seeking a Birthday Party Host for Saturdays and/or Sundays 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The role involves leading Nerf battles, pool games, and gym activities for kids in grades K-5, delivering a high-energy birthday experience.

You will arrive early to set up, engage guests, enforce rules, and help hosts run the party. Minimum age 16, strong communication, and flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Arrives 30 minutes before scheduled parties to set up.
• Engages with party guests and hosts.
• Delivers party rules to host and guests, including pool rules.
• Set up gym or party room as needed and leads gym activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
