• Strong teamwork and communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask during events.
• Ability to clearly communicate needs and updates to the team during events.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and host activities.
• Interact with guests to create memorable experiences during the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate needs, and assist the party planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake when applicable.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests as they arrive again.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
