Main Event Entertainment in Frisco, TX is seeking a Party Host to energize birthday celebrations from welcome to wrap-up. You’ll manage scheduled activities, engage guests, and help parents plan a memorable experience while upholding safety and cleanliness.

The role is entry-to-mid level, with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts. Prior party or food-and-beverage experience helps, but a guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities.
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event.
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner.
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable).
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back.
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards.
