Main Event Entertainment in California is seeking a Party Host to energize birthday celebrations and ensure flawless events from setup to cleanup. You will manage scheduled activities, engage guests, handle transactions, and maintain high safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, and strong multi-tasking. Availability on days, nights, and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow through training and team recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their Host throughout the scheduled activities
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting with party guests throughout the event
• Monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
