Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a energetic Party Host to welcome birthday parties, guide scheduled activities, and ensure a smooth, fun experience from start to finish. You will engage guests, manage event flow, and help with setup, safety, and post-event cleanup.

We value guest service, teamwork, and attention to detail, with opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive, inclusive culture. Candidates must be available for days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Party Host or guest-facing role experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details.
• Clear communication with guests, teammates and management.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their Host throughout scheduled activities.
• Interact with party guests to create memorable experiences during the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party parent/planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake if applicable.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests on return visits.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
