Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Party Host to welcome birthday parties, lead scheduled activities, and ensure every guest has a memorable celebration. You’ll engage with guests, orchestrate games, and anticipate party needs to keep the event on track.

Daily duties include managing check-in, handling payments, setting up and breaking down decor, and upholding strict cleanliness and safety standards. A fun, energetic attitude helps create the perfect party atmosphere for kids and adults

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset is essential.
• Teamwork is required to deliver great experiences.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities.
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
