Job summary

Eastern Shore Lanes in Spanish Fort, Alabama seeks an energetic Birthday Party Coordinator to plan and execute memorable celebrations from reservation to day-of event. You will communicate with families, organize schedules, coordinate bowling, arcade and food timing, and ensure a welcoming, well‑staffed party environment while upholding safety policies.

Experience in events or customer service preferred; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Able to manage several parties and responsibilities at one time.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, or customer service is preferred.
• Available on weekends, holidays, and during peak party hours.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with party setup and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before each party to confirm packages, food, attractions, guest counts, and special requests.
• Prepare party schedules and ensure rooms, tables, supplies, and decorations are ready.
• Greet party families and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Coordinate bowling, arcade play, attractions, food service, and cake timing.
• Give clear direction to party hosts and other team members.
• Keep parties organized, on schedule, and properly staffed.
• Check party areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns.
• Verify charges and assist with final payments.
• Help maintain party supplies and communicate ordering needs.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
