Role:
It Takes A Village Family of Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Birth to 3 Teacher to join our early childhood centers; creating a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our children and contribute to developing curricula and activities that support developmental milestones.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment.
Conduct developmental assessments to identify individual needs and create tailored plans for each child's growth and development.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness, administering first aid when necessary, and monitoring for signs of illness or distress.

Required Education and Experience:
An associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Gateways Levels 1-5 preferred
Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting is preferred.
Professional Educator License (PEL) in Early Childhood Education or related certification is a plus.
Experience in an early childhood setting is strongly preferred.
