Job summary

UCHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Birth Center in Colorado Springs. The role is full-time, days, onsite only, with a 72-hour per pay period schedule and a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, ACLS/NRP and BLS, plus C-EFM within a year. Direct care, teamwork, and adherence to evidence-based practice are essential in this Birth Center setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• State RN licensure and relevant OB/Women & Infants experience preferred.
• ACLS, NRP and C-EFM certifications within specified timelines.
• BLS required with current card through hire and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Birth Center using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Model evidence-based practice and support precepting for new staff.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
