CentraCare Health is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator in the Birth Center at St. Cloud Hospital to support staff, patients, and families with clerical and communication duties.

In this part-time, on-site role you will greet patients, manage telephone communications, organize patient charts, and perform receptionist tasks to keep the Birth Center operating smoothly. Shifts are 12 hours, rotating days and nights, with every 3rd weekend and holiday coverage as per unit policy.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience with office procedures and computer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients, families, guests, and providers.
• Manage telephone communications and patient inquiries.
• Organize and maintain patient charts.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties to support patient care.
