Job summary

Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking an Indiana First Steps Developmental Therapist to evaluate and treat children from birth to age 3. This position involves working closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to foster children's development in their natural environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood or special education.
• One year of experience providing Part C early intervention services preferred.
• Ability to be flexible with patients and caregivers in their natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide treatment for pediatric patients from birth to 3 years.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Document treatment sessions and maintain professional competencies.
