Job summary

PangeaTwo is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for our Birmingham office to handle cases from evaluation to resolution. This role emphasizes hands-on trial work, client advocacy, and managing a full caseload in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. with an active Tennessee license, 3–5 years in PI litigation, and a proven track record in trials, negotiations, and strategic litigation planning.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee law license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience required.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and advocate effectively for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.
• Evaluate claims, gather evidence, and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers to pursue favorable outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Manage deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate with support staff.
