You will draft pleadings, take depositions, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with clients, medical providers, and experts to achieve favorable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience or strong desire to gain courtroom exposure.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts.
