Job summary

PsychPros is currently partnering with a well respected non-profit in the Birmingham area seeking a full-time, Treatment Director.

We are seeking a master's level, licensed clinician (LMSW, LPC or LCSW required) to work with a team of dedicated clinical and non-clinical staff that to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

In this role, you will be responsible for the treatment and quality of care for the youth in placement. In addition, you will be providing continuous direction, assistance and clinical oversight to the team and have fiscal responsibility for the division.
