Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a field technician to apply pesticide products and exclusion tactics at residential sites according to schedule and service requests. You will call customers to confirm appointments, complete required forms, and assist in sales to existing customers.

The role involves performing bird exclusion, building netting, and maintaining records while staying in contact with a supervisor and adhering to EPA standards. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bird exclusion services and assemble nets as needed.
• Work with Supervisor and submit daily service reports.
• Advise customers on potential problems and service steps.
• Maintain service records and equipment in EPA-compliant condition.
• Respect safety standards and drive record must be clean.
• Complete required training for proper certification.
• Support flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends.
