Qualifications

• Operate equipment and control processes in production of whey products.
• Maintain process parameters (solids, temperature, pH) to meet set points.
• Record and log up to 50 variables per hour with accuracy.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication with team.

Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art BiPro/membrane equipment to produce high-quality whey isolates.
• Regulate production factors and adjust controls to meet specifications.
• Take readings and log data for process monitoring and quality control.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth production.
