Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Andover, MA is seeking a lab-based formulation and process development scientist to support biotherapeutic programs from pre-clinical to commercialization.

You will perform analytical testing, data compilation, and support operations across monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, mRNA, and related modalities using HPLC, CGE, iCE, and other techniques in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant science field.
• At least 1 year of industry experience with chromatography (preferably HPLC).
• Familiarity with biologics and analytical characterization methods.
• US work authorization without sponsorship (OPT, H1B, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the development of parenteral formulations for biotherapeutic modalities.
• Perform rapid characterization of candidate molecules using various techniques (HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, spectroscopy).
• Provide general lab support, reagent acquisition, and equipment maintenance.
• Interact with a multidisciplinary team for formulation optimization and progression of candidates.
• Prepare data summaries, verify data, and use lab systems like Empower and ELNs.
• Communicate with scientists, project managers and colleagues across functions.
