Job Description: Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift 7PM-7AM)

Shift Details: 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Night Shift Rate: ***

Responsibilities:

1. Manufacture therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions.
2. Execute process recipes and follow written procedures (SOPs).
3. Monitor equipment and processes, perform basic laboratory tasks such as pH, conductivity, sampling, and conduct routine sanitization to maintain facility and equipment.
4. Attain a basic understanding of cGMP compliance while training under close supervision.
5. Demonstrate aseptic techniques in handling products and materials.
6. Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, including CIP and SIP operations.
7. Document production activities accurately in written and electronic records as per GMPs and GDPs.
8. Complete qualification for assigned tasks and maintain individual training plans.
9. Perform material movements, including transferring raw materials and chemicals.
10. Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization; support 6S programs.
11. Gown and work in a clean room environment as required.

Administrative Tasks:

• Attend shift exchanges and meetings.
• Send and receive emails, participate in projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Backgrounds:

Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing combined with a scientific degree, manufacturing experience, or relevant coursework may succeed. Examples include:

• Food service workers and cooks (following recipes)
• Pharmacy technicians
• Individuals with mechanical aptitude, robotics, or computer skills (important for automation)
• EMTs, tech support, security guards, nurses/nurse aides
