Job summary

RNA Advisors, LLC seeks an Analyst / Junior Associate to support biotech valuation engagements across the equity lifecycle, from preclinical private companies to late-stage public enterprises. You will build financial models, conduct research, and assist in preparing client deliverables under supervision.

This training-forward role offers a clear path toward the Senior Associate level, with relocation to Reno/Tahoe, NV, in-office 3–4 days per week, and exposure to AI-enabled tools and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of valuation/financial analysis or related analytical experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; learn option-based, DCF, comps.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative/scientific discipline.
• Technical fluency with Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Python/SQL/Tableau/BI a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models under supervision using advanced methods.
• Ensure data accuracy and audit-ready outputs across models.
• Conduct market research on pipelines, trials, pricing, and regulatory paths.
• Collect, organize, and validate data from financial databases and sources.
• Prepare draft presentations and memos for senior review.
• Support use of RNA Advisors’ platform tools in workflows.
• Maintain engagement files, version control, and schedules.
• Contribute to templates and internal documentation.
