Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience across multiple locations.

The role is fully onsite in Verona, WI, 5 days a week, for a 6-month temp-to-hire period. You will partner with managers across Pasadena, San Diego, Madison and Verona to attract top talent and shape recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Strong scheduling, interviewing, offers, and salary negotiations experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and site partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring process from job descriptions to offers.
• Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate journey throughout recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage calendars.
• Collaborate with People Services & Culture and business leaders to implement recruitment strategies.
• Leverage job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate ATS records for compliance and reporting.
• Represent Arrowhead at career events to enhance employer brand.
• Stay informed on market hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
