Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 7-12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, corporate development, executive operations, management consulting, or related leadership roles within biotech, life sciences, or other innovation-driven industries.
• Demonstrated success translating strategy into operational plans and leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy, portfolio priorities, and platform objectives into operating plans, budgets, staffing plans, and measurable business objectives.
• Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives—including financing, out-licensing, and in-licensing—across functions.
• Track progress with clear reporting, metrics, and executive-level insights for decision-making.
• Build operating rhythms across the executive team to improve planning, communication, execution, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, developing analyses and materials for key milestones in corporate development and partnerships.
