Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Senior/Executive Director, Business Operations to shape the Encaleret program's future direction and lead strategic planning for commercial launch readiness, forecasting, and corporate development. You will work with cross‑functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to ensure strategic alignment and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in management consulting (life sciences preferred)
• Experience contributing to new product commercialization is a plus
• Proven scientific acumen, communication skills, and analytical mindset
• A passion for helping patients
• Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly DCF models
• Understanding of biotech landscape and drug development lifecycle
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate strategic direction through structured presentations guiding prioritization and resource allocation
• Lead strategic analyses for program evaluation including discounted cash flow modeling and secondary research
• Prepare a strategy for successful U.S. commercialization of Encaleret
• Develop executive-level presentations communicating strategic insights and market analyses
• Create high-quality materials for partnerships, Board meetings, investor discussions and internal alignment
• Ensure presentations synthesize technical and business content into clear messaging
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial and Operations for holistic strategy
• Oversee pricing and reimbursement research and special initiatives on product lifecycle and global expansion
• Oversee budget planning and long-term lifecycle planning
