Job summary

Abzena Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee integrated development, CMC-related activities and client relationships across programs. You will drive planning, scheduling and budgeting while coaching the PM organization and coordinating with global teams.

The role requires 4+ years in PM, 2+ years in CDMO, and on-site work five days a week. Strong knowledge in process development, analytics, and regulatory alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• MS in Life Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading complex programs.
• 2+ years in a CDMO environment.
• Experience with small molecules or ADCs is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans to meet client needs.
• Track milestones and report progress to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Assist with risk mitigation and change control.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and invoicing activities.
