The role emphasizes strong controls, process improvements, and coordination with cross-functional teams within a fast-paced public biotech environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and a solid grasp of U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable operations and procurement processes.
• Manage general ledger activities and month-end close.
• Assist with SOX controls and internal audit readiness.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance operations.
