Job summary

You will create development problems, assess AI outputs, document reasoning, and flag unclear instructions. Projects are offered based on fit and availability, with hourly compensation for remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology, bioprocess development, or therapeutic development.
• Ability to explain the rationale behind development decisions.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and unclear direction.

Responsibilities

• Create development problems based on programs you have worked on, including modality, process step, required specification, and a reference answer.
• Assess AI-generated process and assay development work, including scale-up assumptions, potency-assay validity, and whether release criteria are justified.
• Identify cases where an AI proposal is scientifically sound but would not meet developability expectations because of manufacturability, stability, or regulatory acceptability.
• Clearly document the reasoning behind your evaluations and flag ambiguous instructions when clarification is needed.
