Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Research and Development Associate onsite at the Cambridge Campus for a 12-month engagement. The role focuses on supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and performing molecular biology analyses.

The candidate will process animal tissues for protein analysis, execute MSD and PCR-based assays, and conduct cell-based functional studies to characterize biotherapeutics, while establishing SOPs and maintaining electronic lab notebooks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of biotech/pharma industry experience.
• Hands-on molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot).
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs.
• Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction.
• Performing MSD- and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses.
• Performing cell-based functional assays to characterize biotherapeutics.
• Establishing SOPs and adapting new protocols from literature.
• Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook.
