Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Research and Development Associate onsite at the Cambridge Campus for a 12-month engagement. The role focuses on supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and performing molecular biology analyses.

The candidate will process animal tissues for protein analysis, execute MSD and PCR-based assays, and conduct cell-based functional studies to characterize biotherapeutics, while establishing SOPs and maintaining electronic lab notebooks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of biotech/pharma industry experience.
• Hands-on molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot).
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams.

Direct responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs
• Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction
• Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses
• Performing cell-based fucntional assays to characterize biotherapeutics
• Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature
• Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor s research
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.)
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams

Preferred:

• Previous experience with animal tissue processing
• Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays
• Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
