Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, project management, procurement, finance, or cross-functional coordination.
• BA/BS or higher in a related field required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Experience with procurement, contracting, budgeting, reporting, and enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Operations project leads with timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and documentation.
• Assist with project budgeting, spend tracking, and dashboard/reporting.
• Prepare meeting materials, leadership updates, and executive communications.
• Facilitate collaboration across Commercial Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business teams.
