ManpowerGroup seeks a Technician to join the Production Operations team in Elkhorn, NE. The role supports Manufacturing and Packaging Operations, requiring attention to detail and strong troubleshooting abilities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Shifts are rotating with early hours in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Biology or related science preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment, including start-up, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring.
• Complete accurate production documentation in GMP compliance.
• Perform production procedures according to SOPs in a fast-paced team environment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following established procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.
