Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Production Management or 2–3 years of supervisor experience in a food-processing manuf.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of Process and Drying Operators.
• Ensure operators follow procedures and complete tasks as scheduled.
• Complete control sheets for each process and review variances.
• Maintain supervisor logbook and communicate with shift supervisors.
• Enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and company policies; issue warnings as needed.
• Perform minor machine and equipment maintenance.
• Handle startup/shutdown of spray dryers and notify maintenance as needed.
• Use SAP for data entry and spreadsheets for production needs.
