Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Privacy & Compliance Counsel (Contractor) for a part-time opportunity with a biotechnology company based in the Greater Boston area. This position will support global privacy, compliance, and AI-related initiatives, with a focus on clinical trials, HR matters, and corporate compliance.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of privacy and compliance experience, including EU, UK, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of privacy and compliance experience
• Experience with EU, UK, and U.S. privacy laws
• Experience with data privacy documentation (DPIAs, privacy notices, data flows) and advising on compliance matters

Responsibilities

• Support global privacy, compliance, and AI-related initiatives.
• Focus on clinical trials, HR matters, and corporate compliance.
• Advise on regulatory and corporate privacy matters across geographies
