Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Equity Administration to oversee employee payroll and equity programs within a growing biotech company. You will manage bi-weekly payroll via ADP Workforce Now, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, process equity grants, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to keep processes accurate and timely.

A strong background in payroll systems and ERP platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll administration with ADP experience.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and payroll accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly payroll via ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance.
• Process equity grants and support reporting and audits.
