Job summary

Elanco in Elwood, KS is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support design, operation and optimization of mAb manufacturing assets. You will serve as a process and equipment SME, involved in development, data analysis, troubleshooting, tech transfer and continuous improvement.

You will contribute to on-floor support, change control, and completion of capital projects, ensuring documentation is robust and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in chemical/biological fields.
• Experience in pharma/biotech or related regulated industry.
• Comfort in cross-functional teams and working under GMP controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and on-floor support for process and equipment.
• Ensure equipment qualification and regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance via data analysis and optimization.
• Lead lifecycle of major capital projects from scoping to validation.
• Develop documentation and risk mitigation strategies.
