Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales success in Biotech/Life Sciences or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience delivering client-focused, consultative solutions in a contract-based market.
• Strong listening, negotiating, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Trustworthy and collaborative.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM is helpful.

Responsibilities

• New business development through strategic prospecting and a consultative approach.
• Engage decision-makers to understand needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional products.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sales presentations and log activities in CRM.
• Maintain marketplace presence through networking and events.
• Partner with leadership and operations to ensure onboarding and onboarding success.
