Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree with 2+ years in biotech or related field.
Hands-on with chromatography skids and ÄKTA/UNICORN software.
Experience with CHO or other mammalian cell lines.
UF/DF (TFF) experience with membranes and TMP/flux control.
Experience with JMP/Minitab/Python and DOE exposure.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and troubleshoot bench-scale mammalian cell culture studies.
Perform downstream purification including chromatography and UF/DF.
Generate data packages for scale-up and tech transfer to clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Draft protocols and SOPs; contribute to investigations and CAPAs.
Support lab equipment qualification and maintain readiness and data integrity.
